1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Business Better ("The Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Business Better provides SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions for trade businesses, including but not limited to invoicing, fleet tracking, and HR management. We guarantee 99.9% uptime on our Enterprise plans.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for annual plans only.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to our users. This includes:

  • Account Information (Name, Email, Company Details)
  • Operational Data (Client lists, Job details, Fleet data)
  • Usage Data (IP Addresses, Login timestamps for security auditing)
2. How We Use Information

Your data is used solely for the operation of your business systems. We never sell your client data or trade secrets to third parties.

Data Protection (GDPR)

We act as both a Data Controller (for your account info) and a Data Processor (for your client info).

Security Notice: All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Our servers are located in secure data centers within the UK/EU.
Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to request a full export of your data or the "Right to be Forgotten". Please contact dpo@businessbetter.co.uk for requests.
